While One Piece is on a break, I want to share a side project I’ve been cooking. Here, I look into how many of One Piece’s characters have been drawn in colour by Oda over the years, if he’s drawn them consistently, and whether or not the anime adaptations and colour manga have remained accurate to his vision, where he has provided it.

I’m not as comfortable in video as I am on the page (and have only very basic recording and editing tools at my disposal) but with such a large amount of visual information it seemed like the the most efficient (and most likely to be viewed start to end) way to do it.

I guess I could use the slides to try a text version later, but permit me this experiment first.
